Important Announcement:
Starting Summer 2026, parking permits are virtual. Your license plate is your permit (no physical pass).
You may add up to two vehicles to your permit, but only one vehicle can be active on campus at a time. (Instructions to update vehicle info are below)
Your permit is not valid until you complete the payment.
Enter your license plate (not your VIN). Temporary CA plates are okay until you receive your permanent one.
Permits let you park in designated spaces during campus hours only. No overnight parking without Campus Safety approval.
Permits are valid at the Chino, Fontana, and Rancho Cucamonga campuses.

To avoid receiving a citation, you must ensure that the vehicle you plan to park on campus is selected as your primary vehicle each day, if needed.
Updating Vehicle Information:
Log into your account and go to My permits.
Select "View" next to your permit
Scroll to the vehicle section to add, edit, or remove a vehicle
Refunds:
Submit a request on or before the refund deadline at the following link: https://www.chaffey.edu/cashier/parking-permits.php. Check your refund deadline by logging into the MyChaffey portal and selecting Info tab within the Registration widget.
